  • Prior experience min 6~10 years as a sales and/or service trainer or service planner or customer service with assistant manager lever in the field of operations (preferably in hospitality industry, F&B, direct sales of home appliances/single or multi level sales or insurance, retail, automotive, property).
  • Training Needs Analysis Skill
  • English fluency in speaking and writing.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Candidate should be presentable with strong communication/interpersonal and speech skills.
  • Excellence convincing power.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethics.
  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, creative and innovative.
  • Age should be 29-35 years.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Challenge:

  • For Business operating, Education Department has the most important Role & Responsibility. Education Department must be the strong and wide communication channel between Direct Salesman Group, Service Provider(Technicians) Group and Management.
  • Responsible to lead and train not only Sales and Service Trainers in education department but also Direct Sallers and Service Providers (Technicians) closely.
  • The Education Planner as Assistant Manager should cover from basic corporate information to Advanced Sales/Service skills, Standard of Operating Process and Product knowledge. You must be a representative of Company and Management for our code of ethics and direct sales & service conducts and impress these to our all groups by training materials and courses.

The Job Scope:

  • Responsible to manage and conduct all training courses and Materials for direct sellers and service technician groups.
  • Responsible to upgrade and enhance the quality of the the direct sales and service technician groups regarding Product knowledges and Any related information, Customer Satisfaction Process as expert.
  • Responsible to prepare training materials and manage training plan; all relevant training courses and materials to mind-set, attitude, body languages and ethics for direct sellers and service technician groups. You will re-touch and revise all materials, coming and drafting from direct sales and service trainers at the final stage before using the materials at each course.
  • Responsible to design and develop training programs for direct seller and service technician groups.
  • Responsible to select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training) and stay up-to-date on new training methods.
  • Responsible for the assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Each group will meet our customers in different situations. So, you need to provide mind-set training courses and materials, fitting and assuming each situation.
