Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are currenly looking for a sales person to join our forward thinking team to penetrate the market and bet be the change maker to our client. We are not a like many digital agency that just translate ATL to digital channel, we are a consultant for brand that want to optimize their Brand Experience to achieve better business result This means that we look at the entire customer journey to optimize the brand experience that people have, using a process that has firm roots in Design Thinking. Then followed by strong Implementation & Operation works that fueled by our specialist and world class enterprise technology


How you will spend most of your time

  • Work closely with Head of Marketing Tech to develop new biz and marketing strategy for department.  
  • You will be responsible for getting the brand and agency name out to the market, which will ultimately result in new business wins. This will include activities such as conferences, speaking events, industry white papers, PR releases.
  • Build   relationships with key partners ( Oracle, Adobe, Sitecore, IBM, etc), working closely with them to generate  and nurture leads  across given industries.
  • keep the agency/ clients abreast on the latest developments within the marketing technology sector.
  • Drive marketing and PR to help agency grow client and project portfolio.
  • Drive Leads management, from finding potential, start conversation, and drive potential into hot leads.
  • Manage sales pipeline across new and existing clients.
  • Manage and lead new biz teams from identifying and securing resources, manage timelines, project deliverables , pitch approach, and presentation.
