Required Competencies:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of working experience with demonstrated expertise in the area of PR and/or branding
  • Hands-on experience in managing PR activities for products/brands – covering media relation, press releases, content strategy & storytelling, influencer management & activation stunts
  • Experience in brand management processes, from developing brand strategy to planning and executing communication campaign
  • High familiarity with management of PR & branding activities in digital space
  • Previous experience in PR consulting or brand advisory firm is highly preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills –– expected to be a presentable figure of the company in public setting and able to ensure quality of copywriting and press releases
  • A creative storyteller who could consistently come up with powerful contents and unique communication approach
  • Strong people and leadership skills –– expected to build and maintain a team of communication specialists
  • Analytical and result-driven –– able to objectively measure and analyse campaign performance and turn insights into improvement actions

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Activities:

  1. Oversee the brand management
  • Owning the brand building processes from optimizing brand strategy to managing the brand communication activities
  • Develop relevant brand messages, crafting communication plan, and oversee the execution through paid media
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness
  1. Drive public relation activities
  • Becoming the spokesperson of the company
  • Owning the PR activities to connect with the widest possible audience through third-party mentions and media coverage
  • Overseeing the content management and distribution through owned and earned media
