  • Very well organized and have expert time management skills
  • Proficient in Spreadsheets, Project Management applications, etc.
  • Learner with a curious mind
  • Hard worker and detail oriented
  • Must have a good grasp of international standards
  • Able to work in a team or individual.
  • Able to critically think for all issues
  • Must understand basic cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta, Meruya Ilir and on occasion work in different locations.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for someone with experience in the area of General Affairs and Facility Management, who can oversee the day-to-day general affairs activities and also supervise our facilities team. We are looking for someone we can eventually mold into a supervisor and/or manager. Must be knowledgeable in all things office facility and able to respond to different issues in a timely manner. We are looking for someone that can help our facilities team through both mentoring and technical solutions.
Job Description:
  • Oversee and mentor a small team that handles the day to day facility activities which include office cleaning, office condiments, office parking, air conditioners, power generator, electricity, water, telephone, pantry, etc. 
  • Ensure growth in the department by proposing and initiating different projects that help improve the overall quality and efficiency of our processes and procedures.
  • Enforce the company’s facility regulations and policies.
Work Hour(s):
Monday - Friday    : 8:00 - 17.00 WIB
