Identify new sales leads - Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
- Pitching products and/or services - Understanding client's needs and offering solutions and support; answering and follows up potential client's inquiries; responding to client's requests for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain relationship with potential customers - Create and maintain a list/database of prospective and current customers through CRM.
Able to do machine demo by himself/herself - This includes carrying machines and all equipments needed and able to understand how all machines work.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning and forecast.
- Collaborate with administration department to assist in AR collections.
- Manage projects and engineers involved.
- Help to resolve any issues (i.e. technical, consignment stocks or deliveries) that may arise with customers.
