  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, preferable in communications, business and management 
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, especiallly in retail industry. 
  • Strong credible communicator (English and Bahasa) 
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Support development of a clear Retail Operations Communication Strategy with the  Retail Operations Director in order to have a clear and aligned strategy
  • Liase with all Head Office functions and departments in order to filter all required store actions into centralized communication template per Retail Division, vice versa 
  • Manager and control communication frequency and urgency, and set communication format related to subject in order to organize communication channel in store
  • Monitor store performance in order to provide appropriate reward and recognition to store 
  • Review of current SOPs to identify opportunities to improve operational processes / ways of working and identify new ways of working 
  • Determine key focuses for the business by developing a clear and fit for purpose retail operations strategy 
  • Provide dashboard for field operations
