  • A university degree in engineering plus marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in same related business sector ; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • Has vision to anticipate potential Problem and problem-solving
  • Has analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
  • Experience in developing marketing & sales strategies
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Good negotiation skills, independent & target oriented

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Perform sales activities & good relationship on major accounts & negotiates sales price and discounts level (according to guideline or in consultation with General Manager / Director)
  • Reviews progress of sales roles and sales activities throughout the company
  • Assist sales personnel in identifying potential prospect, establishing personal contact, making good progress report and sales information
  • Holds regular meeting with sales staff to evaluate the sales progress, skill progress, knowledge progress and attitude progress
  • Initiate to product manager and management to collaborate with supplier (DEUTZ) when seeing potential loss or challenge to secure the order
  • Control the risk of company
  • Develop appropriate tender strategy in the areas of assigned account sales or new account sales
  • Reports directly to General Manager ; Next line Superior : Sales & Marketing Director
