HRD Assistant Manager
- Male, D3 or S1 from any major (preferable from Law)
- Min. having experience as HRD Supervisor at least 3 years.
- Having experiences in handle Industrial Relation in manufacturing.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word & Ms. Access).
- Willing to work at Cikarang area.
- Manage relationship with employee union with routinely meeting to discuss issues and program in company (internal relation).
- Manage relationship with people organization around company to ensure good understanding.
- Manage relationship with local government such as police, BKPM, etc.
- Assuring implementation of company rules to all stake holder.
- To create a harmonious and conducive condition within company.
