- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Good looking, high motivated, fast learner and high initiative.
- Familiar with Ms. Office.
- Preferable female.
- Handle travel arrangements, expenses report, organize and maintain paper & electronic files.
- Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another.
- Attend conferences and meetings.
- Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and report.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer call to appropriate individuals.
- Accompany or travel with foreign visitor and facilities communication between receiving party and visitors.
